D Buildz is a construction management platform that helps contractors, builders, and civil engineers track sites, materials, labour, expenses, and advances.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the platform for illegal activities.

4. Free and Paid Plans

D Buildz offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.

5. Account Inactivity

Accounts inactive for 30 days will receive warning emails. Accounts inactive for 60 days may be permanently deleted along with all associated data.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into D Buildz. We do not claim any rights over your construction project data.

7. Limitation of Liability

D Buildz is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
